The Esquire (2014–2021) is the upmarket twin of the Toyota Noah and Voxy: the same body, engines and sliding doors, with a chrome grille and nicer interior trim.
Engines
- 1.8 hybrid: very economical in town; the popular choice.
- 2.0 petrol: cheaper to buy, simple, available with 4WD.
Grades
- Xi: the base grade.
- Gi: the most common, with leather-look seats and more equipment.
- Gi Premium Package (and "Black Tailored" editions): the top versions.

- Sliding doors: make sure both power doors work.
